I have worked with Swarup for 1 year in Bosch Vietnam. I have found to be extremely approachable and solution oriented person He is a technically and managerially competent individual and an extremely passionate person who goes all the way to explore innovative ideas for the successful organization. I have seen him deliver strategic projects & assignments with the complete ownership and accountability for ASEAN region Swarup has efficiently and effectively handled the allocation of people to the projects. He has been able to identify and assign right candidates for the projects and business units as per the requirements from business units. He is capable of handling all the staffing requirements and resource allocation activities independently which helps the team and the business unit to utilize the resources to the maximum capacity. One of his most outstanding qualities is his networking skills. He is a strong team player with a perfect balance between being a numbers and a people’s person. In fact, he has really brought up many project managers for Bosch Vietnam and guided me during my tenure with Bosch Vietnam. It was a real pleasure working with him at Bosch.

Swarup is a creative and active team person who can always be relied upon to deliver what he has committed to. He is a good motivator for the team. The time when we worked together was at one of the Project Management Qualification program at Bosch, where I did mentor Swarup for about an year. This is where I got to know most about Swarup. He looks for a tactical approach to solve a problem. He is very good in understanding the need of the hour and looks for alternate solution to solve the problem. I liked this phase, where Swarup was very keen to identify and learn alternate solutions to tackle the problems being faced in the project. A strategic approach to Project management. Swarup is an effective and enthusiastic Project Manager who has the vision of where to go and has the right ability to articulate it. Empowering & motivating his team members to experience the vision on their own and effectively communicating with people at all levels are two of his unique traits. He had played a vital role in transforming a critical customer project to success and was well appreciated by the Management and Customer.
